Born   February   9,   1970,   he   grew up    and      continues to   reside in   his birthplace, Pasay City. He was admitted to the   Bar  in 1996 and served as legal counsel for  one of   the   country's   top corporations.        A    trial      lawyer     with         extensive     experience, he      has successfully      litigated   numerous   cases   for his    clients.   A  graduate of the San   Beda College of  Law '95,  he was    also    an   entrance    scholar   at University  of  Santo Tomas        where he earned       his     A.B.     degree   in 
Political  Science.   He   graduated   valedictorian   from   high  school.
